We can provide activities such as international tournaments, trainings camps & stages, friendly matches with local teams and tailor made sports tours in Spain.

SportContact has two options for you to book your sport tour. You can fill the form “Request Booking” that appears in each package of our website or you can send an email to info@sportcontact.org with all your trip needs.

Once we receive the elements that will compose your trip, we will prepare your personalised pro forma with the deposit payment details.
Your sport trip will be officially reserved as soon as we have received your deposit.

The payment has to be made via bank transfer.
As an example, here are the general conditions that we apply:

•  The deposit typically represents 30% of the total price of the trip.
•  The remaining 70% is then paid by the traveller 30 days before arrival.

If you’d like to modify any details of your trip, please contact your local travel agent directly to make the necessary changes.

If you’re looking to cancel your trip, this should take the form of an email to the local agent. Cancellation fees will apply, with amounts depending on how far in advance you are cancelling. Please find below the terms and conditions apply:

• From 30 to 20 days before the arrival day: 25% of the total amount per person.
• From 19 to 10 days before the arrival day: 50% of the total amount per person.
• From 09 days before the arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount per person.
• Deposit will not be refundable.

The registered teams undertake to participate in the sports competitions at their own risk and decline to take any action whatsoever against the organizers and/or Sports Contact International, including any claims for personal injuries, damages to property, loss or theft. Prices do NOT include insurance. Players and participants are advised to subscribe an insurance policy to cover risks.

All our local agents are English, Spanish, French, German and Catalan speakers and will communicate with you in one of these languages depending on your preference.

Definitely! We can organize tours, entertainment and any other extra activity for a memorable stay. After all, our consultants have experienced the events and know all the insider tips to get you on your way when you arrive.

Local teams are available from Monday to Friday during their usual training time. During Spain school holidays friendly matches with local teams are not available.

Whether it is a medical requirement or personal choice, the hotels and restaurants we use are very experienced in catering for a range of requirements – from nut, milks and gluten allergies to vegan diets and of course, sports nutrition. We can ensure you are well fed.
